We guarantee that our floral and plant arrangements will stay fresh for seven days with our “7 Day Freshness Guarantee.” If you or your gift recipient are not completely satisfied with the item, please contact us and we will either have it replaced or issue you a full refund. Note that a full refund requires retrieval of the item from the original delivery location.

General Delivery Policy
Floral arrangements and most gift baskets will be delivered via our exceptional network of select florists. Some gift items will be delivered via UPS or FedEx; this will be noted in the product description.
Orders received before 2:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone will be delivered the same day (noon on Saturdays). In certain cases due to florist availability, we cannot fulfill an order for same day delivery. In such circumstances the customer will have the option to: (a) have delivery made the following day with an upgraded arrangement free of charge; or (b) cancel the order for a full refund.
Orders received after 2:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone will be delivered the next day.
Sunday delivery is not available unless by special arrangement; please contact us for further details. Otherwise orders received after noon in the recipient's time zone on a Saturday will be delivered the following Monday.
While we will make every effort to honor a requested delivery time, we do not guarantee specific delivery times. Orders destined for a business address will generally be delivered before 5:00 p.m. Deliveries before 10:00 a.m. and after 6:00 p.m. are generally not possible.
Please note that the recipient may be contacted prior to delivery in some cases to verify that someone will be available to receive the arrangement. Requests for surprise delivery (i.e. not contacting the recipient before delivery) may be accommodated at the discretion of the delivering shop. In such cases the sender is liable for any delivery charges if the arrangement is not delivered on the first attempt.
Hand delivery by a florist may not be available to every location in a given zip code. In such a cases we will notify the customer via email and/or telephone and cancel the order for a full refund.
Cancellation of an order on the day of delivery may incur a delivery charge fee if the arrangement has already been delivered or is out for delivery, depending on the policy of the delivering florist. In such cases the customer will be issued a full refund minus any applicable delivery charges.
Holiday Delivery Policy
During holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Secretary's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas, the high volume of orders may make it difficult to guarantee same day delivery. During such periods we will post information on our site regarding any temporary changes in our delivery policy.
While we will make every effort to honor a requested delivery time, the large increase in order volume during holiday periods makes this especially difficult. Therefore we are generally unable to honor delivery time requests during holidays.
In some instances the high volume of holiday orders may make it necessary to suspend deliveries. If that is the case, orders received after the cut-off cannot be guaranteed for holiday delivery. We always strive to have the latest cut-offs possible in order to provide the best service to our customers. We highly recommend that our customers place their orders in advance and choose a delivery date two to three days before the holiday.
Delivering beautiful, fresh flower arrangements on time is our highest priority. In some cases flowers may be out of season or unavailable in a florist's area. A florist may not have every variety or color of flower on a day to day basis. In order to deliver flowers on time and in fresh condition, substitutions may be made.
If one of our select florists doesn't have a certain flower or container, they will substitute it with the most similar available flower or container of equal or greater value.
In a multiple-flower arrangement, every effort will be made to maintain the overall look and feel with special attention paid to style and color mix.
In an arrangement of a single variety of flower, substitutions will be made based on color rather than flower type. For example a substitution for twelve pink carnations could be twelve red carnations, but not twelve pink asters.
For blooming plants, substitutions will be made based on the most similar available blooming plant.
Changing or Canceling Your Order
If for any reason you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate requests for changes or cancellations as long as we receive them before the order has been sent out on delivery or prepared for shipment. Twenty-four hour advance notice is necessary to assure a cancellation.
